We Will All Rise is pleased to report that we have made significant progress since we embarked on our strategic planning process in 2021. We chose to deepen our relationship with the young men we serve and elevate their brilliance. We learned in our critical partnerships with peer organizations, institutions of higher learning, and key funding partners. We established a clear focus on hiring exceptional talent and strengthening the organization’s infrastructure so that we may operate the programs of the highest quality. 

The actions we took in 2021-2022 are bearing fruit and we are excited about the future. While conditions have required that we make adjustments to our approach, we remain committed to the priorities outlined in Rising Forward 2025: A Targeted Investment for Community Impact.
